1. Who we are

YellowSheet.in ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a business discovery platform — a directory, B2B marketplace, startup-launch space and business-reels service — owned and operated by Prefix Infotech Private Limited ("the Company"). By creating an account, listing a business, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• If you list a business, you confirm that you are the owner or are authorised to represent it.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
• Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Business listings, products & startups

• You may add businesses, products, services, startups and reels, subject to your plan's limits.
• New listings may be reviewed and approved before they appear publicly.
• You must not post false, misleading, illegal, infringing or duplicate content.
• We may edit, suspend, refuse or remove any listing that breaks these Terms or applicable law.

4. Pre-created & unclaimed listings

To build a useful directory, the Platform may display "unclaimed" business listings created from publicly available information. Such listings are clearly marked "Unclaimed" and their contact details are masked. The rightful owner can claim a listing by verifying their mobile number through the claim link. If you believe a listing about your business is incorrect or wish to have it removed, contact us at support@yellowsheet.in.

5. Leads

• Buyers may send enquiries ("leads") to listed businesses. Leads — including the buyer's contact details — are included with Pro & Maxx plans and appear in your dashboard automatically, with no separate per-lead charge.
• Leads are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that any lead will convert into a sale, that the buyer's details are accurate, or that the buyer will respond.
• Unlocked leads are for your own business use only and must not be resold or shared.

6. Plans, payments & billing

Communication charges: Transactional SMS, OTP and WhatsApp messages sent through the platform (for verification, leads, claims and notifications) may carry standard carrier/gateway charges. By using YellowSheet.in you consent to receive such SMS/WhatsApp messages and are responsible for any charges levied by your provider.

• We offer Free, Pro and Maxx plans. Paid plans renew automatically for the billing cycle you choose until cancelled.
• All payments are billed by Prefix Infotech Private Limited and processed securely through Razorpay (India — UPI, cards, net-banking). We do not store your full card details.
• Prices are shown in INR and may change with notice. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) may be added.
• An invoice is generated for every successful payment and is available in your account.

7. Your content & our licence

You keep ownership of the text, images and videos you upload. By uploading them, you grant Prefix Infotech Private Limited a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote that content on and through the Platform so we can provide the service to you.

8. Prohibited use

• No fake listings, spam enquiries, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the Platform.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, obscene, hateful or infringing content.
• No uploading of others' copyrighted material or trademarks without permission.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

YellowSheet.in is an intermediary that connects buyers and businesses. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or delivery of any product or service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prefix Infotech Private Limited's total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Please do your own due diligence before transacting.

10. Termination & governing law

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where appropriate. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
