Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds apply to payments made to Prefix Infotech Private Limited for YellowSheet.in.

1. Subscription plans (Pro / Maxx)

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, as you receive immediate access to plan features.
• Exceptions: a duplicate/accidental charge, or where a refund is required by law, will be refunded.
• You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

2. Leads

Leads are included with Pro & Maxx plans — there is no separate per-lead charge. Buyer enquiries appear in your dashboard automatically. As leads are provided on an "as-is" basis (we cannot guarantee a buyer responds or converts), individual leads are not separately refundable; concerns about plan billing are covered under Subscriptions above.

3. Featured / promotional launches

Featured startup launches and homepage promotions are time-based placements and are non-refundable once they go live.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@yellowsheet.in from your registered email with your invoice number and reason, or call 87109-10987. Please include any supporting details.

5. Processing time

Approved bank/gateway refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Wallet credits are instant once approved. Timelines may vary with your bank or Prefix Infotech Private Limited's payment partners.
