User Agreement

This User Agreement sets out the rules for using YellowSheet.in, operated by Prefix Infotech Private Limited. It works together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance

By registering or using the Platform, you agree to follow this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Acceptable use

• Provide genuine business information; no fake or impersonated listings.
• No spam enquiries, bulk scraping, or misuse of unlocked buyer details.
• No unlawful, misleading, obscene, hateful or infringing content in listings, products or reels.
• Respect other users, our staff, and applicable laws.

3. Your content

You are responsible for everything you upload and confirm you have the right to use it. You grant Prefix Infotech Private Limited a licence to display and promote your content on the Platform while your account is active.

4. Enforcement

If you break this Agreement, we may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate your account and remove content, without refund where appropriate, and report unlawful activity to authorities.

5. Jurisdiction
